2023 Subaru BRZ Trims

Subaru offers two trim options for the 2023 BRZ. These trims include everything you need for an exciting drive while offering some unique features to suit a wider range of drivers.

Subaru BRZ Premium

As the base model, the BRZ Premium doesn't lack for excitement. Enjoy the 228 horses of the 2.4L SUBARU BOXER engine with the track-tested suspension. You can pair this engine with the six-speed automatic transmission, which comes with paddle shifters. This model also includes a Torsen limited-slip differential for more control. SUBARU STARLINK multimedia is standard and includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. LED headlights are standard on this trim, along with Keyless Access with Push-Button Start.

Subaru BRZ Limited

Enjoy an upgrade with the Limited. This model features 18-inch alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires for enhanced performance. LED Steering Responsive Headlights adjust as you turn to improve visibility around curves. Inside, you're greeted by heated front seats on chilly days and leather and Ultrasuede-trimmed upholstery for a more sophisticated feel.

Comparing the Trims

When you compare the Premium and Limited trims, you'll find many of the features stay the same. Both models have the same engine and offer the same mileage at 30 highway mpg and 21 city mpg. The base price starts lower for the Premium at about $3000 less than the Limited.

One of the impressive things about the Subaru BRZ is that the base trim has a lot to offer. Most features are the same on both trims. You will find some extras with the Limited, such as heated side mirrors and an eight-speaker audio system as opposed to the six-speaker system for the Premium.

Safety is also important for both trims. They feature many of the same systems, but the Limited does include Blind-Spot Detection with Lane Change Assist and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert as standard. Reverse Automatic Braking is optional for the Limited while it's not available for the Premium. Both models include Brake Assist, Vehicle Stability Control with Track Mode, and Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
