They patiently showed us all the trims of the Forester Hybrid, arranged test drives, and explained the differences between models, which helped us choose the right one. Jeffrey also guided us through finance, secured a good deal with discounts, provided additional discount to compensate for my rental car, and connected us with an insurance partner—and he is still working hard to get us an even better finance deal. He is full of energy, and Saja’s enthusiastic support throughout the process made the experience even smoother. And for the post-delivery training, Dan conducted an excellent session covering every detail and feature of the car. He patiently explained all the essential aspects, walked us through the functionalities, and thoroughly answered all my questions, making the experience even more satisfying.

I contacted Ms Veliz by phone searching for a BRZts. She had one! I drove 3 hours from the south to see it. When I got there, it had been sold. No problem because Ms Veliz quickly located another for me. We drove antoehr BRZ the dealership had and did all the paperwork. I drove home in time to beat the commute. Ms Veliz and a colleague drove my car and another the 3 hours down to where I live AFTER work. They stopped briefly at my house to deliver the car, turned around and drove back. That is customer service!

I never knew a car dealership could be like this! Fremont Subaru has to be the nicest, most responsive, & helpful dealerships I’ve ever encountered!! I just came back from a personalized training (set up by Subaru) to go over all the whistles & bells on my new 2025 Subaru Forester. Not only did Raby do an amazing job with the trainjng, he also gave me a $25 dollar gift card for gas!! Can you believe that!?? 🥰 They actually pay for you to get a personalized training!! How many dealerships do that? I would guess…. None! I’m so glad I bought my Subaru from Premium Subaru of Fremont! So worth the drive from San Jose!!! 🥰. Oh, also this dealership offers free maintenance for the 1st year. Don’t think the other Subaru dealerships offer this.
